"This place was amazing Best bang for the buck. I can’t believe we got basically an entire house with a little back patio pool for less than our stay in Hawaii and less than any Disney hotels. I would say the only hiccup is it’s a little far from Disney, but there are free shuttle buses so as long as you plan accordingly it works out. I didn’t realize until we got there that the shuttles run on a very specific schedule with set times that it leaves in the morning and set times that it returns depending on which parks and where you’re going there might only be one option. If it doesn’t work out, you could always Uber, but it’s not like shuttles are moving every 20 minutes. I would completely recommend this location for a universal trip, but if you’re planning to do Disney for more than two days, you might want to consider closer -otherwise this resort is amazing and we’re already talking about wanting to come back! "

"In general the hotel was slightly outdated especially noted with lights and bathroom door. Office Manager on duty Emma was excellent very friendly. We love her. The beds were comfortable and hot shower. "

"We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The hotel seems fairly new, and while we didn’t try the breakfast or spend time in the common areas, our room was a highlight—spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. A couple of things stood out, though. There’s a charge for parking, which was frustrating, especially since the lot is large and doesn’t appear to have limited space. Also, while our room was well maintained, the hallways and elevator areas didn’t feel as clean. We stayed for the entire weekend and didn’t notice those spaces being refreshed."

"My stay was okay . The WiFi wasn’t working at all . Staff were ok . Customer service could be better . Didn’t feel very welcoming. The room was nice and spacey but wasn’t very clean . Floor was dirty. The lamp wasn’t working properly. AC was working well and cold . Overall could be better but whatever works best that one can afford. "
